Use DNS LOC Information	Attempt to find geographical locations using the methods of RFC 1876 - Not reccommended as it is very slow and there are very few name-servers that have implemented this information
Negative Cache TTL	Don't attempt to find a domain's location if it has failed resolution.
Geography Server	The server at netgeo.caida.org that provides a domain to location lookup service.
